• Scores each job, drafts a tailored proposal, emails Rehan an alert with the proposal ready to copy
• Tracks proposal outcomes (alerted → sent → viewed → interview → won / lost) via email replies
• Weekly per-freelancer performance report + bi-weekly profile score every Friday

• claude.ai subscription — Radar calls Claude for scoring and proposal generation
• Upwork connector (claude.ai OAuth, TALENT + CLIENT) — reads job listings
• Gmail connector (claude.ai OAuth) — sends alert emails; processes status replies
• Google Sheets connector — writes to the monthly Job Tracker spreadsheet
• n8n running — orchestrates the 30-minute schedule and failure alert workflow
• Heartbeat task (Windows Task Scheduler) — pings this server every 5 min

• Syncs all activity to this dashboard every 5 minutes; kill switch from the full dashboard

What's required to run it

• Rehan's LinkedIn session (Playwright Chrome profile) — renew with npm run login on checkpoint
• LI_MEMBER_TOKEN — LinkedIn API token; valid 60 days, expires ~2026-12-27
• PostgreSQL 16 (local, port 5433) — must run via startup script
• n8n running — orchestrates the 3-minute worker tick and 5-minute dashboard sync
• Slack app token (SLACK_BOT_TOKEN) — approval messages and kill-switch alerts
• SMTP credentials — REHAN_SMTP_PASS (hello@rehanurrashid.com); max 15 follow-ups/day
